TEAM’s Corporate Social Responsibility Update

Even tough economic conditions could not stop TEAM International from running its philanthropy campaigns. TEAM continues to be a socially responsible company that aims at creating sustainable charity community among other local businesses in Kharkiv/Eastern Ukraine.

For several years TEAM has provided patronage to local Orphan House #3. The company representatives regularly visit newborn babies and other Orphan House’s inmates and supply the House’s administration with child care goods such as diapers, toys, medications etc.
Most of TEAM employees voluntarily donate money for children and take active part in overall company’s charity efforts.
By its own example TEAM intends to create a role model for other Ukrainian and non-Ukrainian IT companies running business in Kharkiv and promote the idea that social responsibility is an important criterion of assessment of any company’s business performance.
TEAM International believes that the more we give, the more we obtain in return and, thus, plans to expand its philanthropy programs in spite of unstable economic conditions and other negative factors encouraging other companies to curtail their CSR activities.
